HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER?

Our standard lead time is 20 working days.

 

HOW AND WHEN CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Due to the individual nature of the order, we are not able to handle returns (Art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014). Therefore, we offer a very attractive price for the first shirt ordered.

WHERE ARE MY MEASUREMENTS RECORDED?

All measurements are saved in the CUSTOMER PANEL on the LIST OF MEASUREMENTS.

 

HOW DO I CHECK WHERE MY SHIRT SHOULD FIT ME BETTER?

Stand before a mirror and check on the places where the shirt is ill-fitted, with the guidance that you will find on our BLOG: "How to recognize the perfect shirt for you".

 

WHAT TO DO IF THE SYSTEM ADVISES ME AGAINST SEWING A MTM SHIRT?

This means that we do not have in our database an appropriate MTM shirt design which would perfectly fit your gorgeous figure. Of course, you can still order a shirt from us, but we will not be able to guarantee you a perfect fit and effect. Should you desire to submit an order, please contact us individually.

 

HOW DOES THE APPLICATION WORK? WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO USE IT?

The application uses an algorithm to analyze the dimensions from the photos, then adds them to a new list of measurements individually assigned to your CUSTOMER PANELFor this reason it is required to have an account, otherwise the measurements will not be saved.

 

HOW TO DRESS FOR MEASUREMENT USING THE APP?

Just wear a well-fitting, thin clothing which will not distort the true appearance of your figure.

In other words: avoid thick clothing, collars and loose garments. A tight, sporting T-shirt will be the best choice.

  

WHAT POSITION SHOULD I STAND IN WHEN TAKING PICTURES?

The application provides the necessary guidance at every step. Proceed carefully, in accordance with the instructions.

 

CAN I TAKE MIRROR SELFIES?

No. The mirror may distort the picture, and the position in which you hold the phone is incorrect. In order to obtain the most accurate measurements, use the automated selfie assistant built into the application, or ask someone to help you.

 

WHERE DO MY PHOTOS GO AND ARE THEY SAVED?

The photographs are used only for reading the exact body measurements using automated algorithms. Data transmission is done using an encrypted protocol. Already in the first step the face of the person visible in the pictures becomes blurred, so as to prevent their identification. There is no reason for concern: Your photos will never be seen by other people, and after at most a few days they will be deleted.

If you order from us a shirt based on recent measurements, in order to guarantee the highest level of service and ensure that the ordered shirt will be the best fit, we will keep your photos a bit longer just in case - until we finish handling your current order. In this case, the previously anonymised images will be stored in a special encrypted electronic safe.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MEASUREMENTS AFTER USING THE APPLICATION?

All measurements which you create using the application are saved in the CUSTOMER PANEL, on the LIST OF MEASUREMENTS.
